I think we’ve all wondered (at some point) what happened to Aurora after waking up from her long, deep sleep. Obviously, things couldn’t go back to normal. Why didn’t Disney address this?

We’re in luck, though! A wonderful human being named Rhiannon Thomas did the world a good deed by writing a sequel of sorts to the lovely (albeit a bit creepy) tale of Sleeping Beauty. Yay, Rhiannon Thomas! Three cheers for Rhiannon Thomas!

Okay, so the ARC Goodreads’ readers don’t look all too pumped about this book. At the time of this post, it has a decent 3.55 average rating (and I stick to my Goodreads average ratings like glue). Some people like it and some people dislike it and the world keeps spinnin’.

I’d love to hear someone’s take on Aurora’s life after her long nap, however, and I think that curiosity is going to overwhelm any negativity that I see in the media about this book! I can’t wait to see this one on the shelves!
