Top Ten Tuesday is a lovely original feature/weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.
This week we’re talking about the books that we’d love to get our grubby little paws on, but, unfortunately, do not own yet. I don’t believe I’ll get to 10 this week, but I’ll try my best! 🙂
1. UnWholly by Neal Shusterman (Unwind Dystology #2)
A couple of years ago I read Unwind. I might need a refresher on the plot of that one, but I still remember the way it made me feel: breathless! Such a fun ride. You can imagine my surprise when I walked into a B&N and found out that there are three books in this “dystology” by Neal Shusterman! When my schedule clears up, I’m going to go out and buy myself this book. And, maybe, if everything works out right, I’ll buy myself a pink-frosted cupcake at the same time. Reading. Done. Right. Am I right or am I right?
2. The Geography of You and Me by Jennifer E. Smith
I read The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight by the same author and really enjoyed it. I don’t know much about this one, but I really hope it’s just as good!
3. The Fox Inheritance by Mary E. Pearson
Looking over the books already on this list, I really just need to catch up on sequels that I never read. This one, of course, is no exception. I adore Mary E. Pearson. Seriously. I will read anything Mary E. Pearson writes. Anything. I read The Adoration of Jenna Fox Freshman year of high school and was captivated by the suspense and intrigue of the main protagonist. Can’t wait to pick this one up and finally read it!
4. Amy and Roger’s Epic Detour by Morgan Matson
I’ve heard so many good things about Morgan Matson recently. This book was already on my TBR, but I’m doubly excited to get my hands on this one soon! Roadtrip romances? I can dig it. 4.08 average rating on Goodreads? I can really dig it.
5. Love and Other Theories by Alexis Bass
Saw this gem on someone’s WoW a while back and thought it looked pretty adorable. The cover is gorgeous and I hope the inside is too! We’ll see… 🙂
That’s it for this week! Have you read any of these? Should I splurge $$$ or hold back and save up for other books? Opinions? 🙂
Link up your TTT and let’s talk books!
